Blue Access is a preferred provider organization (PPO) health care coverage plan with a large network of physicians and hospitals. As a Blue Access member, you pay less out of pocket if you obtain care from Anthem network providers.

Individual Blue Traditional

Blue Traditional is an affordable health care coverage plan that offers unrestricted access to doctors and hospitals, putting you in control of your health care.

Ohio Blue Short Term

If you find yourself temporarily without health coverage, the Ohio Blue Short Term plan is designed to protect you for one to six months.

Anthem Senior Advantage

Anthem Senior Advantage is a Medicare approved HMO. You are eligible to enroll in ASA if you have both Medicare Part A and Part B coverage and live in the ASA Service area.

With Blue Access, you can choose from Three Levels of Coverage --
 Blue Access Plan Summaries
 
PLAN 1 :Click for Details  Offers a wide range of deductibles to choose from . Most services are subject to you having met the deductible that you choose.
 
PLAN 2:Click for Details Offers the  most complete coverage of the three PPO plans offered by Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield with features like  $25 office visit, $15 generic drug, and $30 name brand drug copays.    Maternity is an option only on plan.
 
 
PLAN 3:Click for Details is a high deducible ($2500 or $5000) plan that offers 100 % - 0%

coinsurance after the deductible has been met.

 

A range of deductibles - You can choose a deductible as small as $250 or as large as $5,000, depending on your individual or family health care coverage needs. (Note: If any amounts applied to the deductible during the last three months of the calendar year do not satisfy the deductible for that benefit period, they will be applied toward the deductible for the following calendar year. This will not apply to the out-of-pocket limits.)

Prescription drugs coverage - If you rarely fill a prescription, you may opt for less coverage; but if you use maintenance medications, you may want more. Once again, it's up to you.
